Climate Change Impact: Flying Snakes

8/11/2023 Silsbee, TX – When a Texas woman was bizarrely attacked by a falling snake July 25th, it seemed to defy explanation. But scientists now believe the preternatural predator plunge can be linked to our changing climate, specifically Hurricane Dora, a storm that formed thousands of miles away in the Pacific Ocean just days later.

Peggy Jones of Silsbee was mowing her lawn on July 25th when a snake suddenly dropped from the sky, wrapped itself around her arm and began striking at her. Before it could successfully sink its fangs into Jones’ face, a hawk swooped down attacking the angry asp. After multiple attempts, the hawk heroically clutched the serpent and flew away with it allowing Jones to break free leaving her, though, with major cuts and bruises to her right arm. She was then rushed to the hospital by her husband and is currently on the mend. See interview with NBC below.

Snake And Hawk Attack

Less than a week later, meteorologists found a stunning discovery when investigating Hurricane Dora which took shape over the Pacific on July 31st. Researchers now say Dora’s early storm winds created a kind of ripple effect through the atmosphere that swept up the ill-fated snake and sent it plunging down on the unsuspecting Texan.

According to scientist Dr. Noah Goodweather, “Bizarre events like aerial snake attacks are happening more often due to climate change acceleration. Hurricanes are becoming more intense and unpredictable. Dora’s winds lifted the snake into the upper atmosphere and carried it thousands of miles inland, dropping it onto the Texas woman – a direct consequence of our climate crisis,” Goodweather continued.

“Fortunately, a vigilant hawk residing in nearby trees intervened at just the right moment to prevent a tragedy. Meteorologists reviewed data from weather balloons equipped with wind tracking sensors across the Pacific Ocean and Gulf region during the attack timeline, confirming the hurricane’s wayward winds were to blame. Citizens need to be prepared now for all kinds of abnormal animal droppings and bizarre weather events going forward as greenhouse gases disrupt weather patterns and ocean temperatures,” Goodweather stated.

In the near future, Goodweather warns that fluctuating gravity could see people sporadically floating up into the air as melting ice redistributes the planet’s weight unevenly. “One moment you could be levitating off the ground, the next crashing back down unexpectedly,” he explains. “I recommend households install trampolines to practice safe landings in the likely event of these turbulent gravity shifts.” The expert emphasizes that all kinds of bizarre occurrences, from inverted gravity to airborne animals, may soon become commonplace as the climate crisis escalates. Preparation and vigilance will be key to navigating this new abnormal.
