8/1/2023 WASHINGTON, D.C. – In a series of evening social media posts today, former President Donald Trump proudly declared that he has been indicted more times than any other president in U.S. history.
“Many people are saying no president has ever been indicted as many times as me. Maybe ever!” Trump posted. “Crooked Hillary could never match my indictment record. SAD!”
Trump was referring to all the indictments he has racked up since leaving office, related to charges ranging from tax fraud to attempting to overturn the 2020 election results he was indicted for today.
The former president went on to boast about specific indictments like they were badges of honor.
“The big one recently was my Georgia election tampering indictment,” Trump stated. “They say nobody has ever tampered with elections as bigly as me. I’m making indictment history!”
“And let’s not forget my historic second impeachment!” he added. “Failed, but still shows I’m the most impeached president ever.”
Trump then went on to slam the “lamestream media” for not giving him enough credit for his indictment achievements.
“The fake news media never talks about all of the great indictments I’ve gotten,” Trump said. “If Obama had as many indictments as me, they’d call him the best president ever!”
At press time, Trump was bragging about his “achievement” on Truth Social.
