In a classic case of mistaken identity, a man’s lunchbox caused quite the stir at his workplace yesterday. According to witnesses, the man left his lunchbox outside the bathroom while he went in for a quick pit stop. Unfortunately, nature had other plans, and the man ended up taking longer than expected.
 
As he emerged from the bathroom, the man was greeted with the sight of his colleagues frantically evacuating the building. “I thought it was a bit odd,” said the man. “But I just assumed there was a fire or something.”
 
Little did he know, the bomb squad had been called in to deal with what was believed to be a “dangerous package” left outside the bathroom. The man’s lunchbox, innocently left behind, had been mistaken for a bomb.
 
“I couldn’t believe it when they told me what was going on,” said the man. “I mean, I know I pack a killer sandwich, but I didn’t think it was that explosive!”
 
As the bomb squad worked to safely detonate the lunchbox, the man couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed. “I guess I should have been more careful where I left my lunch,” he said. “But who would have thought it would cause such a commotion?”
 
Despite the inconvenience, the man was able to look on the bright side. “At least the evacuation gave us all a chance to get some fresh air,” he said. “And when we came back inside, we had some great bonding time over my famous tuna salad.”
 
As for the lunchbox itself, it was unfortunately destroyed in the explosion. “It’s a shame,” said the man. “But I guess I’ll just have to invest in a new one. Maybe something a little less explosive next time.”
